Download the support tool
  1. Open the downloaded file. If Windows asks, choose Run.
  2. Read us the ID and the one-time password shown on the left.
  3. Click Accept when we connect. Close the window when we're done; nothing stays behind.

Please don't rename the downloaded file; its name tells it which server to use.

Permanent access (for your IT contact)

Installs remote support as a service so this PC can be reached when nobody's at it. Run once in PowerShell as Administrator:

View the script

It verifies the download, sets a unique password and prints the computer's ID and password at the end.
